Sharecare Green Days Employee Promotion for 2017 Q3

FAQs for Getting Started, Providing Feedback & Contest/Prize

GETTING STARTED

Q. How can I access the new Sharecare platform?
A: To access Sharecare, download it from the App Store or Google Play. You also can access the platform on the web by going to https://you.sharecare.com. Here are the steps:

  • After downloading Sharecare, sign in (do NOT “register”) with your EXISTING Sharecare.com account.
  • You then will be prompted to enter an Activation code, which is “greendays” — all lowercase, no spaces. Please do NOT share this code with anyone else, as this is an exclusive preview just for Sharecare employees, and we are actively selling this into the market and need to control who has access.

Q: How do I ensure that all my green days are being tracked, and you know it’s “me”?

A: To ensure that your green day progress is tracked, please make sure that your Sharecare profile you use to login to the new platform contains your real first name, last name, zip code and date of birth. For example, if the name associated with your Sharecare account is “mickey mouse,” and/or you have entered a fake zip code or date of birth, we have no way of knowing that you’re part of the Sharecare incentive program, and your green days will not be tracked for the drawing. From a security and privacy standpoint, please note that the only information that the designated Sharecare administrator for this program will see is the employee name and number of green days achieved during the 90-day program period.

PROVIDING FEEDBACK

Q: How do I provide feedback or suggestions on the new platform?

A: We are eager for your feedback and will circulate a survey in the coming weeks. In the meantime, please provide general feedback – bugs, compliments, constructive criticism and suggestions – to you@sharecare.zendesk.com. All of your feedback will be reviewed – but PLEASE include the following details in your email:

  • Email Subject: BUG – plus a few words describing the bug (E.g. “BUG – RealAge Test”)
  • Issue: Describe the issue. E.g., “The RealAge Test does not let me advance past the question that asks about how many days I’ve missed at work. It is stuck on 14.”
  • Configuration:
    • Sharecare ID: (the email address you use to sign into Sharecare – but please do NOT send your password)
    • Device make / model: e.g. iPhone 7, Samsung Galaxy S6
    • Operating System/Software Version: e.g. 10.2.1
    • App Build/Version #: This information is crucial in diagnosing the issue, and if you don’t supply it we will have to ask you for it. Here’s how to find it:
      • On Android, go to Help & Feedback, e.g. “Version 3.9.2”;
      • On iOS, open the app, and go to You; tap the Gear Icon in Upper Right corner of screen; and the version number is at the bottom of the Settings screen, e.g. “Real Green (version 1.4.57)”

CONTEST/PRIZE DETAILS

Q: Will I be responsible for paying tax on the trip?
A: No, Sharecare will cover the cost of associated taxes of the prize.

Q: What are the details of the trip? How long is it for, and what islands and activities are included in the visit?
A: We’re working hard to finalize the details of the trip itself, so stay tuned – but expect it to be scheduled for approximately seven (hopefully green) days full of fun!

Q: Will my meals be included in the prize? What about alcohol?
A: You will receive a per-diem for food, based on IRS-published guidelines.

Q: Will I be required to use my accrued PTO to be excused from the time I’ll be out of the office for the trip?
A: No, PTO isn’t required to enjoy the benefit of the prize; but you should work closely with your manager and HR to ensure that your work responsibilities will be covered while you’re on the trip.

Q: Does the award “expire”?
A: You have two years from the award date to redeem your trip.

Q: Can I trade in the trip for cash value?
A: No.

Q: Do my 60 green days have to be consecutive to be entered into the drawing for the trip?
A: No, all you need to do is reach a total of 60 green days during the 90 days of the contest to be automatically entered into the drawing for the trip.

Q: Do I need to do anything to prove or document that I’ve hit 60 green days, or is it tracked automatically?

Q: What if I don’t own a smartphone? Can I track my green days using the web version of the new platform, or do I have to use the iOS or Android apps?
A: If you don’t have a smartphone, you can use the web version to manually enter your green day trackers each day.

Q: What if I had a healthy day that would be considered “green” but I forgot to login to the app and track that day?
A: To unlock a green day, you must use the app that day. If you miss tracking a day in the app, there is no way to go back and count a green day that occurred in the past.

Q: If I’m under the weather for a few days, will that mess up my green day count?
A: No, the “green day” tracker in the app looks at 12 factors of your health every day – stress, activity, sleep, relationships, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, smoking, drinking, diet and fitness. To qualify for a “green day,” you need to be “in the green” in at least eight of these 12 factors. So even if you’re sick for a few days and miss your step goal, you still have 11 other areas to achieve a “green day,” like diet, not smoking, getting enough sleep, etc.

Q: If I have a chronic disease, can I still participate in this contest?
A: Of course you can still participate – and we hope that you will! Remember, the “green day” tracker examines 12 factors of your health every day – stress, activity, sleep, relationships, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, smoking, drinking, diet and fitness. To qualify for a “green day,” you need to be “in the green” in at least eight of these 12 factors. So even if you, for example, have a chronic condition related to cholesterol, you still have 11 other areas in which you can unlock a “green day,” like diet, not smoking, getting enough sleep, etc.
